Day 2 of Gracie's Glacier trip saw her starting her adventure in Zermatt and then trekking up to the Hörnlihütte at the foot of the north-eastern ridge of the Matterhorn 3,260 metres (10,700ft) above sea level. She was a little surprised to be playing in snow in the middle of summer! Once again, I wish I'd had my real cameras with me rather than just my iPhone! The red arrow on the final photograph shows exactly how far up she climbed!
